Turns out that when you spend all your time flying around the world having your pokemon destroy inn furniture, you kind of run out of money.

[And he's way too stubborn to accept Carmen paying for everything all the time, even with her unexplained reserves of cash. So here he goes...!]

To fix that, I'm taking commissions for leather goods! I've been doing this for...just about forever, so I can make just about anything put of whatever this world's version of leather is, really -- saddles, bags, saddles with bags, coats, coats with bags, bags with hidden bags, you get the idea. I can also work with metal, but I'd rather not make any weapons. I'm thinking more along the lines of prosthetic limbs (not that most of you have need for that) or jewelry.

Depending on what it is, we can talk out a price that works. Call in today and receive a free egg or bunny rock thing with your order!

Or just call in if you want the pokemon and something crafted, I guess. I'll have a list of egg moves for the ones I have on hand, but if that's all you want then I'll need to ask you to pay for them. The daily swarm pokemon just need a good home. Haven't seen what these new guys can do in battle yet, but if you're in a pinch, they make an excellent dragon-repelling disco ball*!

*May or may not actually repel dragons. The scientists are still hard at work on that one.

Wait, those things seriously repel dragons? I'd understand if they were part flying-type, but they don't look very threatening.

Still, I'd be willing to take one off your hands. And just so I'm not freeloading, I'll add one of those Eevee eggs to the order. Sound fair?

One Eevee egg coming up! And maybe not repel, but it doesn't look like hitting them with a dragon move does much of anything. Even ice pokemon show some kind of damage to that.

Plenty of things don't look threatening and pack a punch, here. Is there any behavior in particular that you'd want me to pick out? There's enough around here that I should be able to find just about anything.

They're immune to dragons.

A rabbit-eared rock is immune to dragons.

I... huh. That's new. But as far as behavior goes, as long as it's not insane, I'm not gonna complain. I'd say something more outgoing would help. Make it easier to train and all that.

I tend to stay far, far away from the insane ones if I can help it. Outgoing it is.

I just wonder what the deal is. A new ability? A new type? I don't know about you, but I'm definitely gonna try to get to the bottom of this.

Right now our best bet is a new ability, I think. Something like Levitate? I can't believe there's something that can make dragon attacks useless, though...

Could be like Levitate, Water Absorb, Sap Sipper... Whatever it is, you gotta wonder why. It's not like rocks are weak to dragons in the first place.

But I guess it makes them unique. I just wonder what else they can do.

No... And I'm wondering if they're part ice, too. Blackthorn is by the Ice Path, and they're not really cold but the crystals do look icy. Plus it would explain their advantage over dragons.

We'll figure it out eventually, I'm sure.
