Turns out that when you spend all your time flying around the world having your pokemon destroy inn furniture, you kind of run out of money.

[And he's way too stubborn to accept Carmen paying for everything all the time, even with her unexplained reserves of cash. So here he goes...!]

To fix that, I'm taking commissions for leather goods! I've been doing this for...just about forever, so I can make just about anything put of whatever this world's version of leather is, really -- saddles, bags, saddles with bags, coats, coats with bags, bags with hidden bags, you get the idea. I can also work with metal, but I'd rather not make any weapons. I'm thinking more along the lines of prosthetic limbs (not that most of you have need for that) or jewelry.

Depending on what it is, we can talk out a price that works. Call in today and receive a free egg or bunny rock thing with your order!

Or just call in if you want the pokemon and something crafted, I guess. I'll have a list of egg moves for the ones I have on hand, but if that's all you want then I'll need to ask you to pay for them. The daily swarm pokemon just need a good home. Haven't seen what these new guys can do in battle yet, but if you're in a pinch, they make an excellent dragon-repelling disco ball*!

*May or may not actually repel dragons. The scientists are still hard at work on that one.

I've no idea what's a disco ball and why it would have any particular effect on dragons, but they can also distract would-be pickpockets and keep doors open. You might want to add that to your sales' pitch.

Exactly, and luckily they are not easily removed. Some wild Zigzagoon proved that by trying... for three hours and a half.

...how much would you charge for a saddle that can fit a salamence? and do you do repairs? i uh
i have a body harness from home and one of the straps is getting worn out by the shoulders since my pokemon used to haul me around by it when they were first learning how to use fly.

That depends on how elaborate you want it. I've made a saddle for my own Salamence, so it shouldn't be too hard even if you wanted to add any fancy etchings, compartments, or handles. I'll also need both your heights and weights, if possible.

Repairing a body harness shouldn't be any trouble either. Do you want me to match the materials as much as possible, or spruce it up with buckles or spaulders and the like?

handles might be good if im carrying someone else with me. as far as weight, i think shes about two twenty? maybe two thirty and around five feet. as for me, im about six five now and the last time i checked i was at one eighty... five? im not sure anymore.

Honestly, I'm not sure if "repelling" is the right word here, unless you're going by the fact that dragons tend to back away in confusion after doing a whole load of nothing to them.

I mostly just wanted to find a way to intrigue customers, if an unidentified pokemon wasn't already enough for them. My Adder definitely wasn't too please with them. Falkor just got excited after her confusion.

And of course, the scientist is quite confused about the whole thing himself, but what else is new? Nothing making sense here is par for the course here, but...

Well, either way, it's positively fascinating. I really have to wonder --- could it be some sort of unique ability? After all, there is precedent for abilities completely nullifying certain types of attacks and, occasionally, converting them into energy for the Pokemon that's being attacked. I suppose it could be more general like Levitate, but it's definitely something I want to look further into.

I don't really know how else to describe them, and they must be like all the other new guys that have been showing up lately because they're not in the pokedex at all.

Never would have thought I'd see a rock with bunny ears, but this place is full of surprises.

Where I'm from, a lot of people are missing limbs, so replacements are pretty common. A lot of people settle for a simple peg or hook, but not me! I like things with a little more function than that.

A little. I wouldn't be surprised if they were the same type, even if Boldore don't have any rabbity features. Maybe they're long-distance cousins. Emolga and Pikachu are pretty similar, too.

The Growlithe have an extremely well-behaved mother, so it should be a good bunch even if you don't look at the moves they'll have when they hatch.

I don't really know what they are, other than chunks of rock and crystal with what look like rabbit ears. A little bit cute, in a weird way.

Wait, those things seriously repel dragons? I'd understand if they were part flying-type, but they don't look very threatening.

One Eevee egg coming up! And maybe not repel, but it doesn't look like hitting them with a dragon move does much of anything. Even ice pokemon show some kind of damage to that.

Plenty of things don't look threatening and pack a punch, here. Is there any behavior in particular that you'd want me to pick out? There's enough around here that I should be able to find just about anything.

Is it too much to ask that you craft me a berry bag for my Pokémon? I'm currently using my backpack to store berries or my pocket but they end up getting crushed. I'm also interested in the eggs you have for sale. I'd love a Growlithe egg if you have one.

That should be easy! Is there any particular size you're looking for? I used to have a pretty big berry bag my first time around, since I kept a small potted one with me while I traveled.

Lots of Growlithes left, too. They should be a good bunch, judging by their mother's personality.
